The project involved the off-plan sale of three lots, each occupying a full floor, with private gardens or balconies, underground parking and visitor spaces. The support provided included <a href=\"https:\/\/dev2026.dunimmo.ch\/en\/estimate\/\">feasibility analysis<\/a>, project structuring, coordination with the general contractor and full marketing of the lots, which were sold prior to delivery. The project includes two semi-independent houses, offering a high degree of privacy, generous volumes and modern energy services (geothermal heat pump, photovoltaic panels).
